Non-rotating Wire Rope
Malayer Industrial Factories produce Non-rotating wire ropes of Bakhtar Padid Co. The constituent wires are of Iranian type from wire manufacturing companies which in accordance with international standards, the tests of twisting, bending, tensile and chemical analysis are tested which after approval by QC, the company will start production in 500 to 1000 meter wooden pulleys.
There is also the imported Spanish type (Bezabala) with certificate.
Non Rotating Wire Ropes own a particular structure, which make them quite special. Such wire ropes contain more strands than the inter strands’ wires. Various structures are available: 7 * 19, 7 * 37, 7 * 40 and etc.
Layer Turnings’ type are different. Not only does it increase the torsional resistance but also rise the abrasion resistance.
