Today, Pre-tensioned concrete strands are used in the construction of bridges, power plants, ports, Concrete and construction silos. This product consists of seven strands of wire and is produced according to BS5896 or ASTM A416 standard.
The strands produced by Malayer Company have a quality approval from the Standards and Industrial Research Organization of Iran.
Pre-tensioned wires consist of a series of wires and are produced in diameters of 4 and 7 mm, according to BS and ASTM standards, and in 2 types of plain and ribbed. They are used in a pre-tensioned concrete structure, railway and metro, pre-tensioned concrete pipes and a seaport structure.
